Contact form. When you send a message, I collect your name, email address, message, and the service you selected. I use this only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss potential work. The legal basis is your consent and my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Analytics. If you accept statistics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised information about how you use the site — pages visited, time on page, approximate location by country, device type. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Spam protection. Google reCAPTCHA analyses interaction with the contact form to distinguish people from automated submissions. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
Contact form submissions are kept for [12 / 24] months, or longer where we enter into a working relationship and I’m required to retain records for accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained for [14] months.
Transfers outside the EU are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format.
