Curiousity

Curiosity is at the heart of everything I do — it's the lens through which I approach life, work, and growth.
I started my career as a fashion model, living and working across more than 10 countries — a path I stepped into out of pure curiosity, starting with my very first assignment in Shanghai.
That same curiosity has never left me. It's driven me to explore new industries, roles, and challenges ever since, always asking What if...? Eventually it led me to technology, where I now build websites and develop on ServiceNow. I speak Romanian, English, German, and Italian.

My Career so far

I am a developer and IT professional with over a decade of experience across technical support, digital transformation, and platform development.
I began my career in customer service and IT support roles across Europe, before progressively moving into more technical positions.
At Anheuser-Busch InBev, I transitioned from Digital Experience Specialist to ServiceNow Senior Specialist, where I leveraged Flow Designer, KCS, and Agile methodologies to drive business KPIs.
I then joined Devoteam as a ServiceNow Consultant, where I took on complex CSM implementations — building custom catalog items, configuring portals, designing SLA policies, and developing approval workflows.
Most recently, I joined Accenture as a ServiceNow Developer, where I build and configure enterprise solutions across ITSM, CSM, and HR modules, automate workflows, and integrate systems via REST/SOAP and Node.js. Alongside my professional career, I have been independently developing my front-end skills, building portfolio projects in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, while also exploring back-end development with Node.js and Python.

I've been building my skills as a full-stack web developer, alongside my work in ServiceNow.
I have experiece working across the stack — from crafting interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Bootstrap, to building server-side logic with Node.js, Express, and Mongoose.
I manage my projects with Git and GitHub, and my ServiceNow experience adds an extra layer of enterprise technical depth. Right now, my focus is on deepening my expertise in React and JavaScript as I continue to grow as a developer.

I work as a ServiceNow developer, customizing the platform to fit the specific needs of each client. My work spans the full spectrum — from building service catalogs and workflows to writing custom JavaScript functions and GlideRecord queries that extend what the platform can do out of the box.
I also handle integrations with third-party applications via REST and SOAP APIs, configure automated notifications and event triggers, and manage Access Control Lists to keep data secure and permissions airtight.
